Kevin Dunn
Biography
Kevin Dunn is an American actor who built a career largely on supporting parts, starting out in Chicago theater with companies such as Northlight, Remains, Wisdom Bridge and Goodman before moving into film and television. Born in Chicago in 1956, he graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1977. His screen work includes Dave (1993), Godzilla (1998), Small Soldiers (1998), Snake Eyes (1998) and Stir of Echoes (1999), and he played Ron Witwicky in the Transformers series. He reprised his Godzilla role as a voice in the animated Godzilla: The Series. On television he was Ben Cafferty in Veep, had recurring roles on True Detective and The Mosquito Coast, and appeared in Samantha Who? and 7th Heaven. He played Oscar Galvin in Unstoppable (2010) and served as executive producer of the documentary Kumpanía: Flamenco Los Angeles (2011).
