John Hatcher works undercover for the Drug Enforcement Agency, and a dealer named Hector blows his cover. Hatcher retires and returns to his Illinois hometown, where a Jamaican posse led by a man called Screwface controls the drug trade. An old Army friend, Max Keller, now coaches football at the local school and is troubled by the dealers. A gunfight between the posse and local gangsters breaks out in a bar, and Hatcher helps arrest one of the Jamaicans.
