Michael Clarke Duncan
Biography
Michael Clarke Duncan was an American actor who was born in Chicago and began his career in Los Angeles with bit parts and security jobs. He came to prominence with Armageddon (1998), and his breakout came as John Coffey, the gentle giant of The Green Mile (1999), which earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor and a Golden Globe nomination. Roles in The Whole Nine Yards (2000), See Spot Run (2001) and Planet of the Apes (2001) followed, along with The Scorpion King (2002). He played Kingpin in Daredevil (2003) and appeared in The Island (2005) and Sin City (2005). His deep voice served Brother Bear (2003), Kung Fu Panda (2008) and Green Lantern (2011), and he starred as Leo Knox in the television series The Finder (2012).

In April 2011, Duncan appeared as Leo Knox in one episode of the TV series Bones. In 2012, that guest spot gave him his first starring role, playing Leo Knox again in the spinoff series The Finder.
