Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Cats and dogs are secretly intelligent, they speak, and each species runs its own spy agency. In Germany, a bloodhound named Rex catches a puppy stealing secret codes, and the thief is Kitty Galore, a hairless Sphynx in disguise. Kitty Galore was once a M.E.O.W.S. agent named Ivana Clawyu, humiliated when a mission left her hairless. In San Francisco, police dog Diggs wrecks a building while stopping a would-be bomber, and Lou, head of the dog agency D.O.G., decides to recruit him. Lou and Tab Lazenby, who runs M.E.O.W.S., agree that the two species must work together, and Diggs is paired with the cat agent Catherine.
