Biography

Abigail Breslin is an American actress who started her career as a child, first appearing in a Toys R Us commercial at age three. Born in New York City, she made her film debut in Signs (2002) and gained wide recognition at age 10 for playing Olive Hoover in Little Miss Sunshine (2006), earning Academy Award and Screen Actors Guild nominations for Best Supporting Actress. She went on to star in films including No Reservations (2007), Nim's Island (2008), My Sister's Keeper (2009), Zombieland (2009), Rango (2011), August: Osage County (2013), and Stillwater (2021). On television, she had her first regular role as Libby Putney in Scream Queens from 2015 to 2016, and she made her Broadway debut as Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker in 2010.
