Biography

Kath Soucie is an American voice actress who studied under the drama teacher Manu Tupou, graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 1976 and built a stage career in New York. She appeared in late 1970s television films such as The Incredible Journey of Doctor Meg Laurel, but found on-camera acting physically restricting. Her first voice-over job, in 1986, had her playing three girls on Rambo: The Force of Freedom, and she later took over from Laura Summer as Janine Melnitz on The Real Ghostbusters. Her animation roles include Phil, Lil and Betty DeVille in Rugrats, Lola Bunny for the Looney Tunes franchise, Dexter's Mom in Dexter's Laboratory, Kanga across the Winnie the Pooh franchise and Miriam Pataki in Hey Arnold!. She also voiced Perdita in the 101 Dalmatians franchise from 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure (2003) onward, a younger Nick Wilde in Zootopia and Jek Lawquane in Star Wars: The Bad Batch.
