Tweety's High Flying Adventure (2000) on Netflix

Plot summary

Colonel Rimfire tells the Looney Club in London that cats rank as the most intelligent animals. Granny, who needs money for a children's park that closes in 80 days, bets that Tweety, her canary, can circle the globe in 80 days and gather pawprints from 80 cats on the way. Sylvester, who wants the bird as a snack, refuses to let any other cat reach him first and sets off in pursuit. Tweety's flight to Paris is blown off course to the Swiss Alps, where he and Daffy Duck are trapped until Bugs Bunny rescues them. In Paris he outsmarts Penelope Pussycat and causes Pepé Le Pew to take Sylvester for a female skunk. In Venice he eats too much bird seed and grows overweight.
