Trailer

Plot summary

Rabbit organizes a picnic for the Hundred Acre Wood, and his grateful friends appoint him the first mayor. Darby tells Rabbit that being mayor means being in charge of everything, so Rabbit starts making strict rules. He bans bouncing, forbids honey, and puts everyone on a schedule. Tigger finds the no-bouncing rule especially difficult, Pooh has no honey, and the other animals grow irritated by the new restrictions. Rabbit and Beaver try to compromise by allowing Tigger to bounce sometimes and giving Pooh no honey, but the situation only frustrates Rabbit more. The rules create tension among the friends, and Rabbit struggles to keep everyone happy.
