101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure (2003) on Netflix

Plot summary

Patch, one of 101 Dalmatian puppies, feels like just another spot in the crowd and longs to be as remarkable as Thunderbolt, the German Shepherd who stars in The Thunderbolt Adventure Hour. When the Radcliffe family moves to their Dalmatian Plantation, Patch is left behind in London, which gives him the chance to meet his hero at an audition. Thunderbolt, fearing that the show means to replace him, leaves to prove himself a real hero and asks Patch for help. In London, Cruella de Vil, barred from buying furs while on probation, resumes her hunt for the Dalmatians with the artist Lars and bails Horace and Jasper out of prison.
