Plot summary

On Easter day in the Hundred Acre Wood, Roo and his friends Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore come to Rabbit's house expecting to celebrate the holiday together. Rabbit has replaced the celebration with a Spring Cleaning Day. While Rabbit is away, the friends discover that all of their Easter ornaments have been hidden in his closet. Thinking he had simply forgotten the holiday, they decorate his house with the ornaments as a surprise for him. Rabbit returns and, angry that they disobeyed his orders, sends everyone out of his home. Roo, who had been looking forward to the day, is saddened by what happened.
