Annabelle's Wish (1997) on Netflix

Plot summary

On Charlie Baker's farm in Twobridge, Tennessee, a calf named Annabelle is born on Christmas Eve, when Santa Claus gives the animals a voice for one day each year. Watching his reindeer, she wishes she could fly too, and Santa leaves her as a gift for Charlie's grandson Billy, who has not spoken since a barn fire killed his parents and who fears the barn. Through the next year Annabelle, Billy and his best friend Emily are inseparable. In the city, Billy's aunt Agnes, who refused custody of him after the fire, decides she wants a child for Christmas and talks with her lawyer about taking him from Charlie. She travels to the farm she dislikes to warn Charlie of her plan.
