Tom and Jerry: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

Tom and Jerry chase each other around Bill's Candy Shop until Charlie Bucket, a poor paperboy, offers them a loaf of bread and stops Tom from eating Jerry. The two walk off with a box of Wonka Bars, and Charlie persuades them to bring it back. Willy Wonka then announces that five Golden Tickets are hidden in his bars, each good for a tour of his factory and a lifetime supply of chocolate. Augustus Gloop, Veruca Salt, Violet Beauregarde and Mike Teavee find four of them, and a man whispers to each winner on television. Charlie spends a coin that Tom and Jerry lost on a Wonka Bar, and the fifth Golden Ticket is inside it. The whispering stranger, who calls himself Arthur Slugworth, then offers Charlie money for a sample of the Everlasting Gobstopper.
