Biography

Alice Eve is a British actress. Born in London on February 6, 1982, to actors Trevor Eve and Sharon Maughan, she read English at Oxford and appeared in student plays. She began with supporting roles in Hawking and Stage Beauty (both 2004). In 2006 she starred in the comedies Starter for 10 and Big Nothing. She played the female lead in She's Out of My League (2010) and had roles in Sex and the City 2, Men in Black 3 (2012), and Star Trek Into Darkness (2013) as Dr. Carol Marcus. Later film credits include Before We Go (2014), Criminal (2016), Please Stand By (2017), and Replicas (2018). On television she has had recurring roles in Entourage, Marvel's Iron Fist, and The Power. Her stage work includes Tom Stoppard's Rock 'n' Roll, for which she received a Whatsonstage.com Theatregoers' Choice Award nomination.
