Biography
Mindy Cohn is an American actress and comedian who was discovered at her school by Charlotte Rae, who was researching The Facts of Life at the time and was struck by her comic instincts. From 2002 to 2015 she supplied the voice of Velma Dinkley for Scooby-Doo, a role that earned her a Daytime Emmy nomination in 2003 for What's New, Scooby-Doo?. Her other credits include The Boy Who Could Fly (1986) and Sex and Death 101 (2007), which drew a positive notice from Variety. In 2023 she won an Indie Series Award for her voice work on Around the Sun, and she has played Ann Holiday on Palm Royale since 2024.
