Scooby-Doo! Music of the Vampire (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

Velma drives Scooby, Shaggy, Fred and Daphne to a small Louisiana town, Petit Chauve Sourie Ville, for its vampire festival, Vampire Palooza. The organizer, Lita Rutland, tells them tourism has dropped and the event is short of funds. Their host is Vincent Van Helsing, who keeps a vampire museum, writes books that do not sell, and says his family line reaches back to Abraham Van Helsing. Jesper Poubelle, a candidate for mayor, protests the festival as unwholesome. At the museum Van Helsing displays an old book about vampires, a necklace and tiara said to have belonged to a vampire bride, and a casket with a glass face that holds the motionless Lord Valdronya. That night a troupe of vampire-obsessed actors performs, and their leader, Bram, promises a resurrection ritual.
