Plot summary
The Mystery Inc. gang travels to Kiss World, the theme park built around KISS, where the band is due to play a Halloween concert. Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo also mean to look into the hauntings reported there, and Daphne wants to see Starchild. Security chief Delilah Domino, a former government defense employee, refuses them entry; they sneak in, are caught and banned, until KISS says they may stay. The Demon objects because Scooby sprayed him with a water gun, then relents. While the gang hunts for clues, the Crimson Witch chases Shaggy and Scooby, and KISS pulls them clear.
