Plot summary
Scooby-Doo and his friends travel to Atlantic City on vacation, and Fred eagerly takes them to see the Brancusi Circus. The circus is closed until tomorrow, but an unlocked door lets them look around, where they meet a man chasing a werewolf. The werewolf attacks, and Velma drives it off with a spotlight. The man is the circus ringleader, who inherited it and is trying to modernize it. He says the werewolf has shadowed the circus for months, scared off artists, and robbed jewelry along the way. Velma recalls an eighteenth-century case in Ingolstadt involving a werewolf and a set of jewels. Since the gang solves mysteries, he hires them to perform undercover.
