Mike Pniewski
Biography
Mike Pniewski is an American actor and public speaker who trained in theater at UCLA, where he graduated in 1983 and won the Natalie Wood Acting Award. He is best known for his role as Chief of Detectives Kenny Moran on Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and his screen work stretches from early credits such as Spaceballs (1987) to Buried Alive II (1997), Warm Springs (2005), the Hallmark Hall of Fame drama Front of the Class (2008) and Clint Eastwood's Richard Jewell (2019). He appeared on the HBO series Recount and played football coach Bobby Bowden in We Are Marshall. Other television credits include The Sopranos, Big Love, ER and Madam Secretary, alongside extensive voice over and commercial work. He has also served as first vice-president of the Atlanta local of SAG-AFTRA.
