Ashley Greene
Biography
Ashley Greene is an American actress who came to prominence as Alice Cullen in the Twilight film series, adapted from Stephenie Meyer's novels. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, and raised between there and Middleburg, she initially considered modeling but was advised she was too short for fashion work, so she turned to acting and moved to Los Angeles. Early television guest spots on Punk'd and Crossing Jordan led to her breakthrough in 2008 with the first Twilight film. She continued the role through the sequels released from 2008 to 2012. Her other credits include the drama Skateland, which premiered at Sundance in 2010, the thriller Summer's Blood (2009), A Warrior's Heart (2011), and the horror film The Apparition (2012). She also starred in CBGB (2013), voiced Barbara Gordon in Batman: Arkham Knight (2015), and appeared in Wonder Man (2026) as a fictionalized version of herself.
