Plot summary
Between rodeo seasons, Lonnie Beale looks for work. A friend in the Western town of Zuni Wells had promised him a ranch job, but the friend cannot be found. Lonnie sings in a local club instead and loses that job after a fight with a customer. Vera Radford, who watches him perform, offers him work with the horses at the Circle-Z, the ranch she runs. The place is not what he expects: a fitness salon called Yogurt Gulch where actresses and models come to lose weight. His singing disrupts the schedule, and he follows Pam Meritt to the ghost town of Silverado, where she says a relative hid a treasure.
