Kathleen Wilhoite

Kathleen Wilhoite is an American actress and musician who took part in Santa Barbara Youth Theatre productions while young and later studied at the Lee Strasberg Institute. She entered features with Private School (1983), then took a lead in Murphy's Law (1986) and supporting turns in Witchboard (1986), Crossing Delancey (1988), Road House (1989), and Lorenzo's Oil (1992). On television she appeared in Twin Peaks in 1990, then played Chloe Lewis on ER in a recurring guest part that earned her a Q Award in 1995. She voiced the title character on Pepper Ann from 1997 to 2001 and later played Liz Danes on Gilmore Girls beginning in 2003. Her films include Fire in the Sky (1993), The Edge (1997), Nurse Betty (2000), Pay It Forward (2000), King of California (2007), and Crazy Kind of Love (2013). She also released albums and narrated audiobooks.
