Biography

Born in Los Angeles in 1905, Howard McNear was an American character actor whose career spanned radio, stage, and screen. He trained at the Oatman School of Theater and joined a stock company in San Diego before working in radio from the late 1930s, where he played Clint Barlow in Speed Gibson of the International Secret Police.
