Plot summary
After the raccoon's defeat, Surly Squirrel is a hero to the animals of Liberty Park, and he keeps them fed with a buffet at Maury's Nut Shop. Andie, a red squirrel who believes in hard work, is uneasy about his easy life, and the shop is destroyed when Mole forgets to lower the pressure in the boiler. While Andie takes the animals foraging in the park, Surly and Buddy search for other food stores and return empty-handed. Percival J. Muldoon, the mayor, finds Liberty Park unprofitable and wants to build an amusement park, Libertyland, in its place.
