Plot summary
Burger Beard, a pirate, comes to Bikini Atoll and takes a book whose written words come true. Its pages tell of SpongeBob SquarePants, who cooks Krabby Patties at the Krusty Krab for Mr. Krabs and has kept the secret recipe safe from Plankton, who runs the rival Chum Bucket, for years. One day Plankton launches an attack on the Krusty Krab to get the formula, and while a robotic decoy of him keeps everyone busy, he slips into Mr. Krabs' safe. SpongeBob catches him, and as the two struggle over the bottle, the formula vanishes. Without it, no patties can be made, customers go hungry, and Bikini Bottom falls into chaos. Mr. Krabs turns on Plankton, though SpongeBob is certain he did not take it, and the two of them escape together in a soap bubble.
