Alexis Arquette
Biography
Alexis Arquette was an American actress born in Los Angeles in 1969 into a family of actors, and she started performing at 12, showing up in 1982 in a music video for The Tubes before her first big-screen part four years later in Down and Out in Beverly Hills. Early on she worked largely as a female impersonator billed as Eva Destruction, and at 19 she played Georgette, a trans sex worker, in the adaptation of Last Exit to Brooklyn (1989). Most of her film work was in independent and low-budget productions, and she took leading roles in Things I Never Told You (1996) and I Think I Do (1997) while appearing in supporting parts in Threesome (1994), The Wedding Singer (1998), Bride of Chucky (1998) and She's All That (1999). On television she played Caligula in two 2001 episodes of Xena: Warrior Princess and guested on Friends. She died in 2016.
