Sometimes They Come Back... Again (1996) on Netflix

Plot summary

Psychologist Jon Porter learns his mother has fallen to her death and returns with his teenage daughter Michelle to his hometown of Glenrock for the funeral. Thirty years earlier, as a child, Jon saw his older sister Lisa stabbed in a cave by her boyfriend Tony Reno and his friends Vinnie and Sean during a demonic ritual; Jon accidentally knocked an electrical wire into a puddle, killing all three. In Glenrock, Michelle befriends Steve, the gardener, and two girls, Maria and her psychic friend Jules. After the funeral, they invite her to the diner, where a boy who looks like Tony Reno, and shares his name, hands Michelle an old pocket watch. Father Archer Roberts, a priest from that time, insists his mother's death was no accident.
