Plot summary
Scotty McKay lives as an everyday beach bum, and his luck has run out. Romance has never gone his way. He finds a bottle held by an attractive genie named Jeannie, whose mission is to assist him. She grants him whatever he asks for, so a house, a car and other comforts become his. The woman he wants, though, is Dana, the supermodel who lives next door, and he asks Jeannie to use her magic to make him more desirable to her. Love is the one thing Jeannie cannot arrange for him, and Dana pays Scotty no attention.
