Plot summary
Twilight Sparkle and the rest of the group arrange a Hearth's Warming Helper, so that every pony draws one name and has a single present to hunt down for the holiday. Twilight's draw is Pinkie Pie, and her chosen gift is a legendary magic pudding whose recipe turns dangerous when it is prepared wrong; she is also hosting Princess Cadance, Shining Armor and Flurry Heart at the castle. Pinkie Pie heads to Yakyakistan for advice on a gift for Twilight, and Prince Rutherford sends her north to Aurora, Bori and Alice. Rarity ordered a special hat for Applejack, but it reached a nut farm instead, and she heads to the farm to collect it. Spike trades recipients with Fluttershy so that his present can go to Rarity.
