Plot summary
Barry Allen, the Flash, visits his mother Nora's grave. A break-in at the Flash Museum brings Barry a fight with Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Mirror Master, Captain Boomerang and Top, rogues hired by his enemy Professor Zoom. With the Justice League's help the plot is thwarted, and on the way to prison Zoom taunts Barry about his mother's death. The next day Barry finds the world changed: his powers are gone, Nora is alive, Iris is married to another man and has a daughter, and the Justice League no longer exists. Aquaman's Atlanteans have sunk Western Europe and Wonder Woman's Amazons have conquered Great Britain; the two have been at war since their alliance collapsed. Cyborg has put together a team to eliminate both sides and asks Batman to join; Batman declines. At the Batcave, Batman attacks Barry.
