Plot summary
Three stories run alongside one another in Southern California. Marvin, a home builder, has been looking after Natalie, who is addicted to meth; Jack, who works for him, helps him bring her in from outdoors to a motel where she can rest. Bobby Ray and Leon rob a meth lab of equipment and drug precursors and take its chemist, Dot, with them. Bobby Ray intends to rebuild that lab in Natalie's garage and keep her dependent on him. Meanwhile Laura hired Amanda as a decoy to test her fiancé, Joe, and Amanda meets Joe at a motel, pretending an interest in BDSM.
