Plot summary
The documentary gathers women who played Bond girls across the series, with a former Bond girl as its host. Interviews with performers from the first film, Dr. No, to the twentieth, Die Another Day, sit alongside vintage clips from those films. Together they trace the Bond heroine's shift from a decorative figure in need of rescue to a participant in the action. The film arrives alongside Die Another Day, and a companion book by the host and a co-author follows. Later versions add interviews with women from newer entries, and one of them, updated with cast from Casino Royale, appears as a bonus feature on that film's home video release.
