Did you know?!

A role that slipped away
Paluzzi auditioned for the lead Bond girl in Thunderball, but the producers gave that part to Claudine Auger and renamed the character; Paluzzi was instead cast as the villainess Fiona Volpe, which she called more fun to play.
A change of course
Paluzzi went to Milan and spent two years studying naval engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan, where she was the only woman in her class.
