Plot summary
Joseph Corso is a crime boss, and Parker, a dirty cop, has Corso's son taken into custody after a stakeout. Parker holds the arrest over Corso and orders him to bring in Riley, a thief Parker plans to entrap. Corso threatens Riley, who agrees to carry out a burglary for him without knowing who is behind the job. Parker's protege, Dixon, and his long-time partner, Sands, are officers who work with him. Corso's lieutenant, Cutter, goes along on the burglary.
