The Reverend (2011) on Netflix

Plot summary

A newly ordained Reverend takes up his first parish, a small chapel set in a quiet country village whose residents seem perfect. He does not know that the Almighty and the Withstander have wagered over his soul. On a cold, wet night a girl comes to the chapel, is welcomed in, and leaves him with a bloody bite. He wakes with a thirst he cannot master, and no trace of the girl. To keep to his calling he must fight that craving, clear the crime from the village and the neighboring estate, and keep Tracy, a prostitute, out of danger.
