Plot summary
Lionel Richie, Bruce Springsteen, Dionne Warwick, Kenny Loggins, Huey Lewis, Cyndi Lauper, Sheila E. and Smokey Robinson are among the people interviewed in the documentary about the making of "We Are the World." The session took place over one night in January 1985, when a crowd of singers assembled in a studio to record the track. Clips from the period also feature Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones and Tina Turner.
