Plot summary
Kate Pierce resents the holiday her family has planned in Cancún, Mexico. With her are her mother Claire, her brother Teddy, Claire's boyfriend Bob Booker and Bob's son Jack. She would rather be home in Boston, where it is snowing, and she tries to fly back early. Jack stows away on the same shuttle without her knowledge. Belsnickel, an elf, is driving it, and a wormhole carries the two of them to the North Pole, where Santa Claus rescues them and takes them to the home he shares with Mrs. Claus. Santa and Mrs. Claus take them around the village and then the group has dinner.
