Saving Santa (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Bernard D. Elf works in the stables at the North Pole and dreams of making his name as an inventor, but his attempt to restore the Christmas memories people love ends in failure and more ridicule. Then Neville Baddington and his mother Vera arrive with plans of their own: they abduct Santa and set out to learn how he delivers presents around the world in a single night. Bernard knows the answer, a time-traveling device called the TimeGlobe that Santa's sleigh depends on. He decides to use it, traveling back in time to stop the abduction before it happens and keep Christmas morning intact for children everywhere.
