Pamela Gidley
Biography
Pamela Gidley was an American model and actress who began her screen career in 1986 with the film Thrashin'. Born in Methuen, Massachusetts, she grew up in Salem, New Hampshire, won a Wilhemina Modeling Agency contest, and studied acting under Stella Adler at New York Academy of Dramatic Art. She went on to appear in 1980s films such as Dudes (1987), Cherry 2000 (1987), Permanent Record (1988), and The Blue Iguana, then in 1990s features including Liebestraum (1991), Highway to Hell (1991), Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me (1992), and the comedy Jane Austen's Mafia! (1998). In 2000 she appeared in The Little Vampire. Gidley was also known for television, playing Audrey Weston in Strange Luck and recurring as Brigitte on The Pretender, with other credits including MacGyver, Tour of Duty, and Skin.
