Brian Krause
Biography
Brian Krause is an American actor whose screen work began in 1989 with a student part on TV 101. Early credits included the television movie Match Point and the CBS Schoolbreak Special American Eyes, plus An American Summer. Return to the Blue Lagoon (1991) gave him his first major film role, as Richard Lestrange Jr., and he headlined the 1992 horror Sleepwalkers as Charles Brady. He is best known as Leo Wyatt on The WB series Charmed, which ran from 1998 to 2006; he had first auditioned for Andy Trudeau. Budget restrictions in the eighth season limited him to the first ten episodes and the last two. After Charmed he appeared in made-for-TV movies and television appearances on Mad Men, The Closer, and Castle, provided voice and image for the video game L.A. Noire, and played Ben in Ben and Becca (2012).
