Biography
Andrew Bryniarski is an actor whose screen career began when a talent scout noticed him during a summer vacation in Hollywood. Born in Philadelphia, he screen tested for Joel Silver and then made his first film appearance opposite Bruce Willis in Hudson Hawk (1991), traveling around Europe during production. He later worked with actors including Al Pacino, Michelle Pfeiffer, Halle Berry, James Woods, and Cuba Gooding Jr., as well as with Hong Kong filmmakers Tsui Hark and Yuen Wo Ping. His film credits include Batman Returns (1992), The Program (1993), Street Fighter (1994), Higher Learning (1995), Any Given Sunday (1999), Rollerball (2002), and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), in which he played Leatherface. He also appeared in the television film 44 Minutes: The North Hollywood Shoot-Out (2003) and guest-starred in many television shows. Entertainment Weekly placed him on its IT list of top creative people in Hollywood.
