Plot summary
Lincoln Taggert is a teenager who has been bullied relentlessly at school. When he stabs one of his tormentors in the face with a fork, he is sent to Mind's Eye Academy, a camp for troubled teens where former students Krauss and Christine assist head teacher Jack Iverson. Lincoln's roommate Isaac becomes a friend, and Kaitlin takes a romantic interest in him. The bullying does not stop: Willie, a fellow resident, and his sidekick Derek single him out. After a fight with Willie, Lincoln wishes his tormentors were dead. Blood drips from the ceiling, a girl's voice reaches him, and he begins to see a ghost. He learns that she is Moira Karp, a bullied student who is said to have killed herself while at the academy.
