Mega Shark vs. Kolossus (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Russian miners drilling beneath the sea for red mercury rouse a giant shark, and a prospecting team led by Benedict finds a hidden stock of the mineral in a Russian mine. When American agent Moira King confronts the Russians there, the giant robot Kolossus, a Soviet doomsday weapon from the Cold War that runs on red mercury, comes awake and tears the mine apart. Dr. Alison Gray brings the military a sonic transmitter meant to drive the shark away, but her colleague Dr. John Bullock argues for a more aggressive response. Joshua Dane, a technology billionaire and environmentalist, learns of the government's plans and calls on Alison, arguing the shark belongs to the planet's ecosystem. King brings Spencer in to help her deal with Kolossus.
