Daylight's End (2016) on Netflix

Plot summary

A virus has turned most of humanity into vampires that cannot survive in sunlight, and the infected hide in dark places. Thomas Rourke drives into a small town where looters are attacking Sam Sheridan and her companions; he kills them. Sam leads him to a group holding out in an abandoned police station, where the cops have running water and electricity. Chief Frank Hill distrusts Rourke, takes his weapons and locks him in a cell. Sam's group has found a cargo plane and plans to fly to a larger survivor colony in Baja California at first light. Vampires gather outside, led by a large one the survivors call The Alpha.
