Lake Placid 3 (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Nathan Bickerman and his wife Susan are clearing out the house of his late aunt, Sadie Bickerman, at a lake in Maine, meaning to sell it. Sheriff Tony Willinger persuades them to keep the place. Down at the water, their son Connor watches young crocodiles eat his escaped pet lizard and begins feeding them in secret. Two years on, the crocodiles have grown large, and Connor steals meat from the supermarket to feed them, which is how Dimitri catches him. Susan sends him home to his babysitter Vica. Nathan is looking into missing elk, meets four teenagers camping on the lake, and blames hunter Reba after they show him an elk head.
