Madame Sin (1972) on Netflix

Plot summary

Madame Sin, an international criminal who heads her own organization, works from a base in the Scottish Highlands, where her scientists have developed technology that includes sonic weapons and a means of planting thoughts in someone's mind; she demonstrates it by having her assistant Nikko play a Mozart piece that was planted in seconds. She has the ex-CIA agent Anthony Lawrence abducted in London and brought to her. She persuades him that Barbara, a fellow intelligence agent and his partner, was sent to her death by his former superior Connors, showing him footage of Chinese agents torturing her. On that leverage she presses him to help seize the new Polaris nuclear submarine due to be tested in the waters near her base, which she intends to sell to foreign radicals.
