Plot summary
A German submarine that disappeared during World War II is brought up in the Bahamas by the diver Mark Brittain. Rosa Lucchesi and her partner Vic Rossiter, who are searching for sunken Spanish galleons, hire the vessel. Eric Lauffnauer, who served on a U-boat in the war, works out a plan to rob the British ocean liner Queen Mary while it crosses the Atlantic. To get the submarine running, Brittain has help from his partner Linc and from Moreno, a war veteran who knows engines well. Posing as officers of a British submarine on a secret mission, the men prepare to board the liner at sea.
