Plot summary
The Galactic Alliance honors Stitch, Lilo, Jumba and Pleakley for catching Jumba's experiments and finding each of them a place to live. Jumba is offered his old laboratory, Pleakley a chairmanship in Earth studies at the Galactic Alliance Community College, and Stitch a captain's post in the Galactic Armada. Lilo becomes Earth's ambassador and guardian of the experiments. The aliens decline the offers for her sake, and she afterward lets them go. Gantu, who has failed to capture the experiments, abandons Experiment 625 and frees Dr. Jacques von Hämsterviel from prison. Hämsterviel forces Jumba to build Leroy, an experiment modeled on Stitch, and plans to copy him for an army that will take over the galaxy.
