Plot summary
In 2087 free thought is outlawed, and governments hold the minds of their populations under control. A small group of free thinkers sends the cyborg Garth A7 back to 1966. His mission is to stop Professor Sigmund Marx from revealing a discovery. In Garth's own era that discovery would make mass mind control possible and bring about a tyranny. Two Tracers, cyborgs working for the government, follow Garth into the past to stop him.
