Plot summary
Nina Peterson is killed in front of her young daughter Julie. The man responsible, Artie Taggart, reappears three years afterward and kidnaps Julie and Sharon Martin, the girlfriend of Julie's father Steve Peterson. Taggart holds the pair in a bunker beneath Grand Central Station. Sharon is a television newswoman. Police officers, among them Detective Taylor, search the station for the captives.
