Plot summary
An elderly man sits bandaged and dirty in a white room. A cleaner, cheerful second version of him says he is going to the amusement park; the tired one tells him nothing is out there. The cheerful man steps through the door and lands in the park, where the door stands free in the open. He wanders and buys tickets that pass for money in the park, and watches a ticket taker swindle other old people with low pay. On a rollercoaster with strange signage, and on a train, he and the other elderly passengers are overlooked. A man is told his license is revoked because of his eyesight. In the bumper cars an accident brings a police officer and a lawyer, and the old man's own eyesight leaves him unable to help.
